This category contains Esperanto verb forms other than the simple infinitive. All terms in this category should be of one of the following inflections:

Inflections of tense:

  • Past indicative, ending in -is
  • Present indicative, ending in -as
  • Future indicative, ending in -os

Inflections of mood:

  • Jussive, ending in -u
  • Conditional, ending in -us

Nominal and adverbial participles:

Inflections with aspect explicitly marked:

  • Explicitly perfective
    • Past passive participle, ending in -ita[-j][-n]
    • Present passive participle, ending in -ata[-j][-n]
    • Future passive participle, ending in -ota[-j][-n]
  • Explicitly imperfective
    • Affixed with -ad-

    • Inceptive aspect, prefixed with ek-
